Currently, the yarn version on Travis is outdated: travis-ci/packer-templates#478
Previously, the event would be triggered on the deletion of the previous zip files, which would delete the current zip file as well Closes #16168
dots is nicer for local testing, as you usually don't run a ton of test suites, and the progress visualization is more important . It's also more readable if you skip many tests (i.e. run isolated tests) Closes #16167
