issue 2396 fix

Description: add profile submenu and expand top level menu if user is logged in
Changes :

  • Changed the TopCoder logo (in both desktop and mobile menu) to link to home page.
  • Show the "profile sub menu" only if user is logged in.
  • Set the "my profile link" to current user's profile link.
  • Expand first level1Menu when user logged in.
  • Select first Submenu item when user clicked a level1Menu.
  • Update selected menu and submenu (and arrow behind it) on start and resize.

NOTE: This doesn't work without this pull request : topcoder-platform/community-app#2629
