1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges (Don't Login)
2. Press tab key till Join button is selected or Login button

Expected Result
Should read-out both button names separately by the screen-readers

Actual Result
Both names read-out when user hover over the 'Join' or 'Log In' buttons

Works as expected on Mac Chrome Voice Over & Win 10 Chrome NVDA ... Works on Mac Edge Voice Over. Win 10 Edge not covered. Edge coverage on Hold so moving to status to On Hold.
