Checking with @rootelement how we get challenge registrants in V5 API.

@rootelement but this endpoint needed a token, I think we’ll need to open this to not logged user, right?

Also, I tried this before with token, but receive:
Only M2M, admin or user with full access role can perform this action

This call will have to be proxied by the Community App backend using a challenge api m2m on behalf of the current user and filter the results correctly.

@sushilshinde Working on this, searching about as make the calls be done in a proxy. I see this working in develop branch, but in v5 integration has a lot of changes.

@SathyaJayabal This will fix tabs not showing in Challenge Details (this was problem with fields numRegistrants and numSubmissions changed in V5 to numOfRegistrants and numOfSubmissions, but note if try click in both tab will show blank screen, but this will cover here: #4408

Checkpoints tabs is not displayed. Will be tracked in a new issue.
