About issue:

• Params memberId and roleId not passed to API request
• Created a function to get roleId from resources-api
• API was missing filter by name, this already fixed here Add filter by 'name' in '/resource-roles' endpoint resources-api#25

The PR about fix issue to register / unregister to challenge, but have another issue in details page, keep showing Register button if member already registered.

Already checking with @rootelement about flag isRegistered in /v5/challenges/:challengeId call.

Fails to Register for an unregistered user:

@lakshmiathreya which env you check the registrant's tab?

@luizrrodrigues , we used the v4 build (qa env) to chk the registrants list to make sure the user is not already registered to the challenges before trying to register from the V5 build (test env). Let me know if you need more information.

But this issue still exists. Unable to register for some users (example: topcoderconnect/appirio123)
