Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/30095032/submit and Login using valid credentials
2. Check the '[email protected]' and '‌Topcoder terms of use' hyperlinks

Expected Result
Expected contrast ratio of 4.5:1

• Passes AA if you change background color to #121212. New contrast ratio: 4.5
• Passes AA if you change text color to #1874E1. New contrast ratio: 4.54

'‌Topcoder terms of use' >

• Passes AA if you change background color to #202020. New contrast ratio: 4.53
• Passes AA if you change text color to #006FEE. New contrast ratio: 4.54
