Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?
  2. Select "All challenge"
  3. Then use the tab key to navigate to link in right menu

Expected Result
The link should have blue outline when focus by tab key

Actual Result
The link doesn't have outline when focus by keyboard

Device: Desktop/Labtop
Operating System: Windows
Browser: Chrome
