[$15] Include count of open jobs in jobs list

Include a county of the num of openings and how many have been filled within the job list UI:

Sum up:

• Each job has numPositions field which should be shown as 2 open positions
• We should count how many resources are associated with this job. And if there are more than 0 of them, then show their number as 1 / 2 open positions.
