Pulls the CProver java API exposed by JBMC (which was erroneously put into java-models-library) into a separate repository: https://github.com/diffblue/java-cprover-api
The cprover-api dependency can be simply pulled in from Maven in order to use the
org.cprover.CProvermethods, such asassume. java-models-library is a user of cprover-api.
