Fix typos and grammar in docs

Motivation and Context

I fixed some small redundancies, typos, and grammar issues within docs/. Please let me know if I should make any adoptions to my changes.

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
