Original description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. At start-up IDE defaults to system language (mine is Arabic).
  2. In preferences, I switch to English.
  3. I Close/Open the IDE.
  4. Open the preferences
  5. The three Dialog Buttons text doesn't change to English they stay the same as the system default (Arabic).

What is the expected output?
Buttons in the preferences dialog should be in same the language of choice.

What version of the Arduino software are you using? 1.0.1
On what operating system? Win7 64bit
Which Arduino board are you using? Uno

Please provide any additional information below.
