Cannot Change Menu Language #1170

Dear Madam/Gentleman,

I experience following problem while running Arduino 1.0.3 on Windows7 Pro English ver. (64bit).

I cannot change the menu language to English (refer image1.jpg and image2.jpg) even I change the Editor Language to English (refer image3.jpg) and restart Arduino 1.0.3 again, result is the same.

Please advise how to fix the problem. Thanks.

the fix will be included in the next version of the IDE, soon to be released
