Let's replace this mess with option groups like v1.3.x, v1.2.x etc.

I think we do want to fix this, but I'm not sure the best approach to take.

I would like to keep the "latest" group but the other groups should be the relevant branch. @thorn0 can you do that?

If v1.2.26 goes to "Latest", it won't be included in v1.2.x. Is it okay?
And what exactly do you want to see in "Latest"? For example, the current release (1.3.2) isn't there now. Should it be like this?
