I originally commented on a closed thread because a quick google showed that it was an issue in the past, but was then asked to open an issue so here it is.

Works here because it isn't being hidden by left side navigation:
http://docs.angularjs.org/tutorial

Doesn't work here because of extra navigation hiding the link:
http://docs.angularjs.org/tutorial/step_02
