Added KURATSUBA ALGORITHM FOR CALCULATING MULTIPLICATION in java

• All functions and variable names follow Java naming conventions.
• All new algorithms have a URL in their comments that points to Wikipedia or other similar explanations.

Thanks for your contribution. There are still few things which need to be done:

• location of your file: I think that src/main/java/com/thealgorithms/maths is the most adequate,
• name of the file: I suggest to rename it to KaratSubaMultiplication.java,
• please remove the main method and add proper tests, please have a look at FindMaxTest.java.
• please run clang-format on new files (in case of trouble, please have a look at Fix issue #4429: added java code for Spiral Matrix II #4438 (comment)),
• I would suggest to change the types from long to some type allowing to store big ints.
