Chromium: 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10 OS Version 1903 (Build 18362.418)

Steps to reproduce

Click on Settings tab

What is expected?

Opened settings tab

What is actually happening?

Vue devtools crash and aren't responsive anymore

Is this related to this issue? #979

I just tested it, allowing cookies from everywhere fixes it, so #979 isn't fixed after all.
