Tabs页签添加页签

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

What problem does this feature solve?

在Tabs中（官方示例） add tab的时候 当页签超出当前限定宽度，就会出现左右滚动的按钮， 但是当继续添加的时候， 页签滚动位置始终不会变化，用户就无法知道当前actived的页签是哪个。

What does the proposed API look like?

当新增页签的时候，可以始终定位到当前选中状态的页签位置
