Description
The elaboration phase is further restructured to be able to properly elaborate the hierarchy. vSYMBOL_ID now accepts the . character for identifiers, and proper verification has been added to ensure that these are used in the correct contexts. The defparam implementation has been changed to be able to a) properly override parameters and b) override parameters from within different scopes.
