[common] modal title should be consistent with the tooltip

Reproduction Steps

1. open the app

2. hover on the "i" icon , then click the "i" icon

3. close the modal, hover on the "+" icon, the click it

Expected Result

1. The modal title "Help" should be consistent with the tooltip "Redis API Document".

2. The modal title "Add Redis Server" should be consistent with the tooltip "Add New Redis Server".
