Description:

For the Self service challenges,

  1. Submissions not displayed in OR in the Approval phase for the Approver to approve the Winning submission.

  1. Before error message will be displayed if user try to close the Review phase without enough Reviewers/ Without any reviews submitted. But no error message is displayed now for both cases.
