Note to UX: Clean up name of the submission so it's not so long. For example: Solution 1, Solution 2.

@ThomasKranitsas , in the api call https://api.topcoder-dev.com/v5/submissions?challengeId=9adba132-27cc-4bcb-8c02-18a57056d721&orderBy=desc&sortBy=review.score&reviewSummation.isPassing=true&perPage=5
the filter reviewSummation.isPassing=true filters out everything. Seems like this value is not set for even the winning submissions.

Only 4 out of 6 submissions passed review,

Expected: Only the 4 passed submissions must be available to the customer
Actual: 5 submissions including 1 failed submission are available

Temporary solution:

Until this issue can be resolved through our system, customer assistants will handle this on the backend by manually paying members for submissions if more than 5 submissions are available for download by the customer.

Verified in Dev Env. As expected three submissions are available for the customer to download now (3 winners as per promotional product pricing: https://topcoder.atlassian.net/browse/PLAT-739)
