Steps

Go to TAAS Admin >> Roles
Edit a new role and try to save by removing some mandatory value(error is displayed on top)
Cancel the pop up
Either create role or Edit role

The error message is still displayed

fix(roles): reset modalError when re-opened

* The `modalError` of the previous operation was still being displayed
  even after closing & opening the modal again.
* This fix resets the `modalError` each time it re-opened.
