Description
Almost in every other review, I face a situation where some submissions don't download and I get a message "An error has occurred when attempting to process your request."
The only way to fix these is to copy the links and to write an email to the support.
This is unsustainable in the long run and adds to the work load and at times disrupts the daily schedule of the reviewer. A permanent solution is required to fix this issue once and for all.
