Per @sachin-maheshwari - "No one reported this issue, i was monitoring and got this and tried to fix it. But its not fixed, still we are seeing this in log. Actually issue is something different. But right now we can ignore as for support team is known existing issue."

@sachin-maheshwari QA doesnt have access to this Repo - we'd like to move this Issue to a milestone mapping to https://github.com/topcoder-platform/submission-processor-es/releases/tag/v1.0.1... and mark it 'Under observation' or something equivalent to indicate that it's work in progress. As discussed - we'd like to make sure all hotfixes having matching P0s and vice versa.
