Challenge Apps loading issue for first time in incognito mode

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open google chrome (latest version) in incognito mode
2 - Go to challenge app page - https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/earn/find/challenges
3 - Open network tab and observe the error (screenshot attached). Also challenge listings aren't loaded because of the console error.
4 - Now clear console, and refresh the page
5 - Observe that the console error message doesn't show up this time and even the challenge listings are loaded correctly.
