User can't search via a particular skills

1. Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/earn/find/challenges
2. Go to the filter and type Skills/Technology = java and press enter
3. Now clear the filter and type Skills/Technology = Java and you will see previous skill keyword is also there
4. Press enter
