Standard Terms for Topcoder Competitions v3 Updates

This is the terms linked from each challenge page that will need to be updated.

Our current T&C will need to be updated per the new Russia/Belarus sanctions.

Eligibility now states:
GENERAL ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise stated in the rules of a Competition, you are not eligible to participate in such Competition if you are a resident of the Quebec province of Canada, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Sudan or Syria. In addition, you are not eligible to participate in any Competition if you are on the Specially Designated National list promulgated and amended, from time to time, by the United States Department of the Treasury.

Unless otherwise stated in the rules of a Competition, you are not eligible to participate in such any Competition if you are a resident of in the Quebec province of Canada, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk Regions of Ukraine, Sudan or Syria. In addition, you are not eligible to participate in any Competition if you are on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list promulgated and amended, from time to time, by the United States Department of the Treasury.

 

Residents of Russia or Belarus are ineligible to participate in any paid competitions (i.e., those not deemed “fun challenges”).
