Dashboard: Searching a category

While testing #438, I noticed that Vanilla only searches for the most recently added categories (QueryLimit = 300) in the "Development Forums". 'Development Forums' has 300+ categories.

I think that it will be necessary to improve the search because it doesn't find all categories.
