@jmgasper Fixed this issue. This is was a Vanilla bug in template. PR- #442. Thanks!

While testing, I noticed that Vanilla only searches for the most recently added categories (QueryLimit = 300) in the "Development Forums". I think that it will be necessary to improve the search because it doesn't find all categories.
I created -#443
