The color handles only show up when you hover over the handle. can you change it is the color is always showing?

On the Parent Category Listing and Category Listing the handle colors arent displaying. I believe this is what @Oanh-and-only-Oanh was referring to.

It is not until you are in the thread that you see the handle colors:
