[$25] 'Page not found' error when selecting some drop down options in the challenge forum categories

Steps

1. Log into https://www.topcoder-dev.com/challenges/91b26ce5-c10c-4f66-8b3f-6827e4f98dba as a normal user and register
2. Click Challenge discussions
3. OR access https://vanilla.topcoder-dev.com/categories/91b26ce5-c10c-4f66-8b3f-6827e4f98dba as sdguntcqa/T0pc0der@123
4. The default options in the drop downs for copilot and normal user are different(copilot sees View:All and Sort:Old, normal user View:following Sort:old)
5. Click View drop down and select All >> "Page not Found"
6. Click browser back button
7. click sort drop down and select Old >> "Page not Found"

For copilot

1. Access https://vanilla.topcoder-dev.com/categories/91b26ce5-c10c-4f66-8b3f-6827e4f98dba as TCConnCopilot
2. click sort drop down and select Old >> "Page not Found"

I removed 'All' from the sort dropdown because data is order by 'DateInserted desc' by default.
There were no changes if the user clicks on 'All' or 'New'. Both options had the same results.
