Attachments are downloaded as unrecognized files in a different name

Attachments should be downloaded in the correct format with the correct name

@jmgasper A bit stuck with this task. Filenames work correctly only if files are downloaded from the same host.

The files are now being uploaded to Filestack. Filestack url generates its names and removes extensions.
HTML5 provides the a [download] attribute which lets rename a file. If the file is downloaded from a remote host, then the 'download' attribute is ignored (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/a#attr-download).

I already googled to find a сlient side solution (for example. http://danml.com/download.html#Summary). The file can be downloaded to the client, then generate a new link with Blob data and download attribute. It'll work for the vast majority of users, with some common-sense limits:

• Devices without file systems like iPhone, iPad, Wii, et al. have nowhere to save the file to.
• Android support starts at 4.2 for the built-in browser, though chrome 36+ and firefox 20+ on android 2.3+ work well.
• Devices without Blob support won't be able to download Blobs or TypedArrays
• Legacy devices a [download] support can only download a few hundred kilobytes of data, and can't give the file a custom name.
• Devices without window.URL support can only download a couple megabytes of data
• IE versions of 9 and before are NOT supported because the don't support a [download] or dataURL frame locations.
