Not a big deal if we do not support keyboard operations with the date picker; thus just hiding confusing information about such shortcuts (that do not work), is the easiest way to resolve the issue. Closes #277

Now these buttons properly account the state of sub-community selector and the place where the listing is used (main site or sub-community); this is both for their disabled state, and for clearing the filters. Fixes #280
