Describe the bug: the 'View More Challenges' link is showing even when there aren't anymore challenges

How to reproduce bug:

  1. go to topcoder.com/challenges

  2. enter in QGroundControl in "Search Challenge" filed

  3. select "All Challenges" bucket

  4. select. "All" under Status filter. See screenshot

  5. scroll down and you see the 'View More Challenges' link at the bottom

  6. click on 'View More Challenges' link,

  7. you are redirected to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges and your filters are cleared.

Expected behavior:

  1. go to topcoder.com/challenges

  2. enter in QGroundControl in "Search Challenge" filed

  3. select "All Challenges" bucket

  4. select. "All" under Status filter. See screenshot

  5. If there are no more challenges that fit those search parameters, the "View more Challenges" link should NOT be shown.
