Head nav bug in communities

> another one I found is if you visit a challenge page, and then use the top nav to get back to /challenges it constructs the URL as http://wipro.topcoder-dev.com/challenges/30050690/challenges
it’s doing it relative to the current page I think

Should be also double-checked that it is not an issue on the main website.
