Hot Module Replacement (HMR) fails for SCSS modules containing @include statements. E.g. at the fonts test page (/examples/fonts-test endpoint) when you try to edit corresponding style.scss file while the App is running in dev mode with that page open, you'll see that most of the text will just dissapear. HMR seems to work fine in other cases, though.
