Submission Details Page - Submission phase end

Now submission end date is taken from the submissionEndDate field of challenge object from API v2 (actually, not sure, whether this field comes from API, or is appended inside Community App during normalization of API responses). Anyway, the actual submission end date should be taken from challenge phases data from challenge object in API v3.
