1. Member's (MM) rating is not displayed
2. Member handle must be colour coded based on their rating
3. Sort by Time does not work.
4. Expected: By default, when final scores are not available, table must be sorted on provisional scores. Id final scores are available, then table is sorted on final scores
   Actual: Table is sorted by final scores always(even when final scores are not yet available)

@luizrrodrigues, the submissions table must display rating that is same as what is displayed here. From where do we get the rating data for the submissions table? Is it a submissions api issue?
