Steps to replicate

User : dan_developer/dantopcoder123

On dev env :

1. Got https://topgear.topcoder-dev.com/
2. Click on Leaderboard link in the top menu
3. Wait for few seconds, page goes blank

On local env:

1. Checkout branch https://github.com/topcoder-platform/community-app/tree/hot-fixes-leaderboard
2. Run it in a local mode
3. Go to http://localhost:3000/
4. Click on Leaderboard link in the top menu
5. Wait for few seconds, page goes blank
