This is regarding CS portal.
Go to https://cs.topcoder.com without appropriate credentials. User will see the 404 message for half a second and then they are automatically rerouted to the SSO login page.

Expected behavior: User should land on 404 message page and stay there without being automatically rerouted to SSO login page.
