New Submission Tab is showing `4` as a score if the submission's actual score is `-1`

I think we should display -1 as the final score too.

If the most recent provisional score is 0 for a user, then his final provisional score is displayed as dash.
Expecting the Final Provisional score same as the user's most recent provisional score.

@Oanh-and-only-Oanh @nithyaasworld as discussed with @dushyantb we changed the way we handle UI now. We show crossed circle when score is -1, so this is no longer a issue.

Look for score of Oanh.Tran and nithyaasworld - We can close this as Not A Bug anymore.
