Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?bucket=my
Press tab key till the 'Topcoder handle' and 'Search icon' are selected

Expected Result
User should be able to select the 'Topcoder handle' and 'Search icon' using tab

Actual Result
User can't focus on the 'Topcoder handle' and 'Search icon' using tab
