Navigate to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?
Use the tab key to navigate to "Design/Development/Data Science/Filters" button

Expected Result
User can navigate to "Design/Development/Data Science/Filters" button using keyboard keys

Actual Result
User cannot navigate to "Design/Development/Data Science/Filters" button using keyboard keys
