Visit any community page and look at footer, all read 2017

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'www.topcoder.com'
2. Login and go to any 'https://blockchain.topcoder.com', 'https://cognitive.topcoder.com'
3. All have wrong copyright info

Expected behavior
All should read 2019 and not 2017

To avoid this issue in future, Instead of hard-coding the year, it should be generated dynamically based on the current year.

@PrakashDurlabhji The fix was deployed to dev, please see here, don't see it fixes any of the community.

You can try selecting any community from dropdown beside logo in header. From Dashboard, you can find all community links - https://www.topcoder-dev.com/my-dashboard

For your local setup to test, look for Separate Topcoder Communities which has links for all communities.

1. but on setting up locally, looking into separate topcoder communities section, and clicking links from there.

2.it is working fine.

3. so i feel some deployment issue may be there at your end.
