Actual: All SRM challenges are not listed

Expected: Should show all 269 challenges

Reproducibility Rate: 3/3

Environment: HP Pavilion x360 14 inch; Windows 10 | Browser: Google Chrome 73.0.3683.75

Context: The work should be done against branch hot-fix-srm-data

This could be due to private challenges

@ThomasKranitsas there shouldn't be private SRMs, I think this is a legit bug

App loads all the past SRM details for the handle: tourist. This user has total of 203 Past SRMs. But the count is incorrectly shown as 273.

API also returns the right count (203). Only in the UI, it is displayed as 273.

Hey, @Oanh-and-only-Oanh I wanted to check in on this, especially with the recent increase on SRM participation and new members, this is even now more critical.

In summary we have the following issues on the Past SRMS tabs on member profile
Member tested (https://www.topcoder.com/members/tourist/details/?track=DATA_SCIENCE&subTrack=SRM&tab=Past%20srm)

1. The SRM Cards do not display the points or placement info.
   The stats history API returns these details
2. The past SRMs count is displayed wrong. The page shows 295 and Stats history api returns 259
3. The number of Past SRM cards loaded is incorrect. Only 220 challenges are loaded. This count does not match with either with the value returns by stats history(259) or what is displayed on the screen(295)

@Oanh-and-only-Oanh raising the priority.
