[$100] Profile Settings: Tools-->Devices: No Success message after adding devices

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://www.topcoder-dev.com/settings/tools'
2. Click on 'Devices"' tab on left side
3. Add a device by filling all relevant details
4. Check Success/Error message regarding the device addition.

Actual Behaviour
No Success message after adding devices

Expected behavior
Success message should be displayed once the device is added

I just found there are other pages have the similar problem, do you want to raise the payment for updating all of them?

This bug ticket is for the device tab, and there are other 3 tabs under setting tools tap which does not show success information after add the fields.
