Steps to reproduce
• 1. Go to application-https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/
• 2. clicking on group is not taking user to top screen, it stucks there

Current results
clicking on group is not taking user to top screen, it stucks there

Expected results
Clicking on Group should take user to top page so users can see the selected group users.

• Browser version: Chrome: Version 83.0.4103.116
• OS version : Macbook Air , Catalina 10.15.2

@wdprice Should we scroll up automatically if the user has scrolled down and loaded a different filter

Note to self - If yes, then open #66 too...

Checked with PM - we will not scroll here, in case user wishes to set another filter

Realized now that this is not a filter but groups. In which case, the bug is valid - we do need to scroll to the top

Expected: On clicking on any of the groups in the left sidebar, the user should be scrolled to the top, such that the search results section starts from the top (The tabs get hidden behind the scroll along with the header)

This is only if the results section is not in the visible area
