[$50] The Tabs continuosly clicking one after the other, should cancel n/w requests which are not required

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the Application https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/
2. Select Topcoder
3. Click 3 tabs continuously one after the other
4. All Requests are going, and not getting cancelled as we leave the tabs

Expected Result: The Requests that have become stale should be cancelled

Device/OS: Laptop | MAC OS (64bit)

Browser Information: Chrome (83.0.4103.116) | Firefox | IE

Expected:

Launch first tab. No actions after that. - see the network requests being made
Launch second tab. No actions after that - see the network requests being made

Cancel the network requests that are made if the user switched tabs. We are already doing this for the Search request - replicate it for the other requests too...
