Steps to reproduce

1. Open the application https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/ and login
2. Go to topcoder and Add filter with Billing Account
3. Add a member Billing Account with this data "sdsafsa#%$^&(&((&^%$"
4. Type a in billing account and add default popup value
5. Observe not result found

Actual Result:
No result found when search with Billing Account with "sdsafsa#%$^&(&((&^%$" value

Expected Result:
Should be result found when search with default search pattern
