Steps to reproduce
• 1. Go to application-https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/
• 2. scroll down and search for an skill doesnt not give message that no skill found like achievement

Current results
search for an skill doesnt not give message that no skill found like achievement
Expected results
IT should give the same message like achivement does

• Browser version: Chrome: Version 83.0.4103.116
• OS version : Macbook Air , Catalina 10.15.2

Will take as a valid bug. If not results in dropdown, we need to show the dropdown with no results found item that cannot be selected

Expected: When there are no results returned, (for all components that make use of the auto suggest feature and NOT just the skill component), the suggestion should contain one entry No results found - if the user selects this option, nothing should happen
